Frequently asked questions

How will I know if a car has been involved in an accident?+

We don't stock accident damaged vehicles on our floor. It falls outside of our stock profile. If there was any major accident, it would be clearly marked as such. Our philosophy is that we would like you to know exactly what it is that you are buying, with all faults declared upfront.

What if my car breaks down?+

If the breakdown falls within our standard warranty period (3 months), we will co-ordinate the repair at our cost. If the breakdown is out of our standard warranty period you may contact us for guidance.

Do you guarantee your cars? How long?+

We offer a three-month guarantee on all vehicles sold. This is our incentive to sell quality, reliable cars.

How have some of your previous customers been disappointed after buying a car?+
  1. Management of aftersales repair. On occasion, our customers' vehicles break down. We attend to the breakdown guided by our own process. This can be outside of what the customer expects, i.e. they may want the car to be repaired at the agents, and we use our chosen workshop.
  2. (Mis)guided by a trusted 3rd party. E.g. a customer goes to a tyre shop for alignment or balancing. Whilst there, the tyre shop advises them that their tyres need to be replaced for an intangible, vague reason. The customer reaches out to us for new tyres. Being more informed, we are not misled by sales strategies. We will use our own discretion and advise you accordingly.
  3. Repair without guidance. A customer has an issue with their car. They take the car to a workshop of their choice. Once repaired, they request to be reimbursed. This is the wrong process. The vehicle is purchased from us, and the guarantee is with us. Hence, we will assess and coordinate the repair at our cost.
What is the CPA?+

The CPA tasks the dealership with the onus of transparency as to the state of a vehicle. It holds dealers responsible for undisclosed defects known at the time of sale.
